Teenage criminal Karol is forced to serve a suspended sentence in a small apartment, not in prison. An extremely unusual and charming teacher, Marta, visits him every day, giving him increasingly difficult lessons and incredible tasks, teaching good manners, and giving him a taste of extreme freedom. Soon, a strange relationship develops between the two.
"The Hatcher" is the director's first full-length feature film.
Grzegorz Mołda studied film directing at the Gdynia Film School. His school diploma thesis "Koniec widzenia" premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for the Palme d'Or award for best short film.
